Helped the old man out tonight with some flyer dropping, worked up a bit of an appetite, so a late carb loaded supper was called for.
Having roasted a chicken earlier and the juices still at hand, a manly chicken and bacon pasta bake was created!

Sounds and looks very tasty
Porridge made with pinhead oatmeal. Lovely texture and has a wholesome flavour.
