Made some chicken thigh schnitzel. Would have been better if I had some panko. But just flour and egg. still tasty. With Mr sings not Punjabi sauce, which is very tasty. Not very hot though. Probably hot enough for most though.

^^ didnt have any potato's otherwise they'd be jacket spuds smothered in cheese on the plate as well
