The dough is just a standard pizza dough (though slightly more wet than you might normally make) - 00 flour, water, pinch of sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil. Allowed to rise then hand-stretched. After that I place it on top of a smoking hot cast iron baking stone and stick it under a hot grill. Cooks in about 4 minutes
My grill is a little bit small so I cheated and finished browning some parts of it with a large blow torch...
