this bottle of Nandos marinate seems to be lasting me ages, it's ment to be used within 3 weeks of opening so i bought a load more chicken today to use it up

Just about to get started on Tamara's ratatouille from Ottolenghi's Plenty, fair bit of chopping prep beforehand but bloomin' lovely

Made his leek fritters the other day as well, they were ace as well.

In fact out of about a dozen recipes I've made from his book they are all brilliant

I made Oreo ice cream about 2 years ago, then I see it in the store this year!

What is it like?

It's actually ok

The biscuit pieces are crammed into it so you really do get the Oreo flavour, though they are soft not crunchy.

It sounds exactly like my recipe.

Vanilla ice cream, then I got a packet of Oreo and smashed it to big and small pieces, folded it in just before freezing.

Need to eat it fresh for crunchiness.
