this bottle of Nandos marinate seems to be lasting me ages, it's ment to be used within 3 weeks of opening so i bought a load more chicken today to use it up :)

Just about to get started on Tamara's ratatouille from Ottolenghi's Plenty, fair bit of chopping prep beforehand but bloomin' lovely :cool:

Made his leek fritters the other day as well, they were ace as well.

In fact out of about a dozen recipes I've made from his book they are all brilliant :p

Home at last. Two days off work to look forward to, so decided to get a pizza to celebrate.

A Too Hot Too Handle. Spicy chicken, spicy mince and jalapeno's. Plus chips :D
