The **Now Eating** Thread

Stupid tall burgers, I wish places would do wider burgers instead, so it was easy to eat properly.

This, this all day long. Burgers are stupid nowadays, with everyone trying to make them taller and with more toppings. I just want great meat, which is relatively easy to eat. I don't care for forty six different toppings, especially when the meat itself isn't great.

Agreed, impossible to eat and fat burgers are ok, but much proffer the caramelisation you get on smashed burgers. Lots of toppings are good. But get the burger and bum right first. then you need less volume if toppings to still make it manageable.

Medium fillet steak, roast tatoes and veg.

Delicious.

It's not just any sammich... It's a Vietnamese sammich!! It has picked veg, coriander, chilli and usuallly grilled meat.

Sounds pretty awesome. Though not too far away from what I would normally call a sandwich :)

I guess it's very different to your average UK sandwich of grated mild cheddar and processed ham though :p

That looks great. I'm normally not a fan of carbonara as most examples I've seen are ridiculously creamy. As said though, that looks good. Mind sharing a recipe?

Prawn and butternut squash masala with cauliflower/pea "rice".

Also some Liberte 0% Greek yogurt with raspberries and toffee peanut butter.

I really rate the Spice Tailor curry kits, well worth trying if you don't have time/want to make your own :)
