I used to... :o haven't done any exercise for months except for when I did my half marathon walk in September.

I think I might just put BennyC on my ignore list

Ah right. Food for me is an excellent motivational tool to exercise... :p

BennyC's posts do often inspire envy in me too. That said, they're all really "diet" food, technically. Just need to adjust our physical activity levels so that they're a suitable dietary aid.

Brisket from Lidl, not bad at all...served with honey roasted veg and leeks.

Looks good. I've been meaning to try the Aldi brisket (which I've just realised is not the shop you bought your meat from but...yeah...).

Tuna and hoi sin stir fry.

Got a 28cm copper based stir fry pan from Sainsbury for £16, they have a 50% sale on atm. I'm actually impressed, shame they don't have a large range, would certainly buy mire at that price.

Had to go pick something up at Argos today. There happens to be a Dominos next door. Well it would be rude not too, wouldn't it?

Wasn't actually in the mood for a pizza, so just got some sides. Mac & cheese bites, nachos with jalepenos, chicken kickers with an extra dip and a portion of cookies :D
