The **Now Eating** Thread

Thick cut Rump Steak (on a budget!) with boiled Charlotte potatoes and a baby leaf salad.

Steak was cooked in a smoking hot dry pan for 150 seconds, flipping every 15 seconds and left to rest for around 3 minutes.

Yummy!

And a slice of carrot cake for pudding.
