Waa. My gyoza skins weren't defrosted in time so I'll be leaving them until tomorrow/Friday. Instead I made this:

It definitely had the building blocks for something nice but to be honest the vinegar and sugar aspects were overpowering. I'll definitely be dialling those back in next time.
