There's some serious talent in this thread.

My perfect food day would be...

  • Breakfast/Brunch at Dirty Jester's
  • Lunch at French Tart's or maccapacca's
  • Dinner at Glaucus' or rottys...tough choice that one
  • Dessert at Benny's
  • Late night dirty takeaway at Cainer's

Edit: Then over to MisChief's the next day for a light, healthy meal to recover!

:D

In Iceland this weekend and stopped into a little place that does soup in a bread bowl.

It was great. Picture about half way through.

BennyC, this is your fault...

Snip

Hnnng ;)

Does BennyC only eat icecream and brownies?

Far from it however it's usually what I post in here.

(Contrary to perception of my diet it is actually very well balanced with the majority of wholefood nutrient dense sources making up a large proportion. I know my precise macro & micro nutrient intake, get plenty of fiber and am far from the fat couch potato people envisage me to be :p have a wonder in to SA and dig out some of my old training logs. Or take a look at my Instagram @Benncc)
