The **Now Eating** Thread

Goan curry on cauliflower "rice"
Doesn't remind me of rice at all, it's far more like cous cous.
However it is nice and far less calories. Even easier now Tesco sell it prepared, as grating at home it goes everywhere.

I made some cranachan biscuits. They went down a treat.

Have just cooked Hawkmsoor at Home for me and the girlfriend, taking all the dishes from the Hawksmoor recipe book:

- 1.2kg porterhouse (Ginger Pig English Longhorn)
- 300g fillet (Ginger Pig English Longhorn)
- Mac and Cheese (Ogleshield, Montgomery Cheddar and Colston Bassett Stilton)
- Triple cooked chips
- Creamed spinach

And a bottle of Gevrey Chambertin to wash it down. For the first time ever everything was cooked perfectly and came out as intended. The mac and cheese was the showstopper! :)
