This. Seriously. My girlfriend likes 'dry' food but even she has some gravy with her roast*. What's wrong with you people?

*Although annoyingly she spares the meat and veg and drowns her roast potatoes instead, which I've spent hours of effort crisping up

I just want to warn people off of the Mac D's indian chicken and chutney burger.

Absolute rank. The Mayo chutney just does not go in a burger setting. And the bun is too floury and dry and yellow for some strange reason. Not good at all.

Crossfit is Monday and Friday including tyre flipping yes last night was MMA PT with tyre smashing with a sledge and club hammer.

Why I pay someone to encourage me to hit a tyre I don't know.

I need to shift a few (read that as many) kg
