Pizza was really good, and some of the other places there looked really good. But the market was all but gone by the time we got there

Forgive me guys for I have sinned...and it is delicious! PJ had rubbish offers and I've had a BOGOF code for PH for a while. There's something going on with this base...its crispy, thin and really nice. Pizza isn't overly greased either as it typically is.

I had a Pizza Hut pizza the other week that was really good. It helped having it on the ultra thin base, usually I find them way too doughy.

Made on of the famous dishes from Iran for the first time today.

Khoresht Karafs (meat, cellery and herb stew) that you serve with rice.

Came out almost as good as my parents make, should have simmered it for longer.
Very easy: cook onion, add chopped cellery, add browned lamb pieces, one pot of dried parsley, one pot of dried mint, some turmeric, water, simmer.

Yum!
