It is only a small dinner for 2 and is missing half of the stuff you normally would have but hey its still finnish :)

Oh and roast potatoes only because other half is not fan of the casseroles.
 
Top left is home made cheese and next to it some home made mustard. Then the slightly darker casserole is made out of puréed swede, cream, syrup and breadcrumbs. Next to it is the ham with mustard and breadcrumb topping. I boiled it and used the water for gravy and boiling the peas.
And then at the bottom is a carrot casserole made with carrot purée, rice that was boiled in milk, syrup and breadcrumbs :)

Normally we also have things like gravlax, smoked salmon, fish roe, salads, herring, potato casserole, boiled potatoes etc but its not worth the effort with just 2 people.

Just ate a bite from a chicken wing I'd cooked and it was nice and bloody inside :(

Could make for an interesting day tomorrow!
