The **Now Eating** Thread

Kebabs should be a thing of beauty. However it's no wonder they have the reputation they do in this country, which is very different to attitudes in most other countries.

I'm done with PJ. As much as I love them, my local branch has changed - the pizza's taste too dry now and sometimes they don't use much tomato sauce - I don't get the consistency I'm used to anymore. Dom's just blows my mind - crispy tasting toppings, dough that is really soft and it tastes more flavoursome - their sides are much better too.

It was BOGOF today but I'm on a diet :p

How do they slop the toppings on those pizzas? I always end up having to rearrange.

The process is:

1) Pile them utterly randomly.
2) Shake them around tons when they transport them from the depo.
3) Shake them around some more when they put them on the shelves.
4) Some kind of extra shaking that I don't understand.
5) Shake.

so there is a 5 stage process at least. :D

Hadn't had home made kebabs for ages.
Marinated pork, onion and pepper, vinegar based red cabbage coleslaw, garlic mayo, chilli sauce and pita bread.
