Chicken tikka hoagie. Went down a treat! :D
 
Pffft no idea, probably about 5 mins a side and then 5 mins at 180 in the oven and then 10 mins rest. Something like that.

That does not sound right at all for how rare that steak is. Don't get me wrong the steak looks great but no way is that 5 mins a side then even more time in oven.

It really does look amazing. Did you do it in a pan on the hob?
 
Cod Loin, samphire, broccoli stems, potatoes and chorizo.

Damn piece of cod cost me £10.20, didn't dare ask the fishmonger to cut it down any more than he had already! Twas certainly nice, but choked on every £1 bite :p

Hot pan on hob, then chucked the pan in the oven for 5. I think it was around 5 a side and then 5 in the oven. It's a bone on cut, and it was about 2 inches thick.
