Why not go for a salad at lunch then? Some of the supermarket ones are perfectly edible.

Don't think I'll ever get in to it for real, with full on raw fish etc, but it makes a nice change to stodgy carbs such as bread and/or pasta for lunch.
Supermarket sushi is nothing like 'proper' sushi. Even YoSushi is much better than supermarkets.
Sirloin, I asked for medium rare and I think it was perfect.
It really did cut through like butter and I didn't even have a steak knife.

I just had a home made burger on a brioche bun with bacon, 'caramelised' onion, jalapeños (sorry BennyC) and vintage cheddar. Lush

The discarded shell looks like a little crab.
The discarded shell is another (hardboiled) egg.
The soft boiled one I tapped it, started peeling but I got to the yoke straight away because the whites were still raw.
