Yeah the sausage isn't perfect I admit. Their toppings are so crispy and nice though! I have a major thing for their doughballs - not pictured = 2 sides of pepperoni ones

The pepperoni doughballs are great. I had an offer where I could have any size pizza for £10 and a free side. Chose the pepperoni doughballs.. after eating those I was almost full lol

Second time I've made it... a little bit too nutty this time and missing pistachios... but I couldn't be bothered to wait til the next day and get some pistachios... that will come in batch #3 as I picked some up today

Its square sausage (or "slice" as its commonly called here). Not any particular brand, just made by a local butchers. I almost had two bits of slice, but I ended up going for one. Just as well, think two would have been too much.

Aye. Mass produced stuff you get from supermarkets is never as good as butchers slice. I can get a block of slice from my local butchers for £10. More expensive than supermarket, but worth it.

Try Heck Fair and Square from supermarkets, or get it online from Ramsay of Carluke or somewhere.
