Probably for this very reason. The obsession with cleanliness is actually detrimental to our health. Kids should be encouraged to give the floor a lick every so often, it'll build up their immune system.

Good god the frozen fish in sauce is 50% sauce, literally. Even says in the ingredients, far far far to much sauce. Should be more like 80% fish.
The saucy fish co seems to have a good ratio, but it's twice the price. But I suppose fish is relatively expansive.

Yep, need to lose some weight :/
Out on my bike a lot more, cut down on the drinking and 2 day fast of sub-500 calories
Lost over a stone and a half since Xmas - quite happy with that
Seems to work for me as still eat a load of crap on the non-fasting days
