The **Now Eating** Thread

Last nights dinner, leftover lunch today
 
Just fried up a soffritto (or..kind of a mirepoix... this is a bit of a step away from tradition I guess), some chorizo and ox cheeks. Added in some tomato and other such stuff...now it's slowly cooking down to go into a lasagne. I also have a giant block of cheese that will be added :p
 
Was away on business in Hannover, Germany this week. New pizza place has opened. Open kitchen style.

This really is as big as it looks, no trickery...

What was funny is that you don't select a size, its one size only. Great excuse for the greedy, like me.

Was tasty, but it did make me realise my own homemade dough is better than I thought.
