just back from town, 10 pin bowling with my lil sis and her kids followed by pizza express which was realy nice, much better than the ones they do in the supermarket.
i had the Diavolo and changed a few toppings

I made the foundation to my Peanut Butter ice-cream last night. Currently in the fridge cooling down. When I get home it'll be turned into ice-cream, I have enough for 2 tubs, when stirling into the pot I am going to make 1 tub with some Raspberry jam (like a ripple) - Peanut Butter and Jam ice-cream and another tub I am going to layer it with some melted dark chocolate - ala Peanut Butter Vienneta ice-cream.

Can't wait !
