Nothing :( Now commencing a cut cycle as I've gained too much weight in the last month doing absolutely nothing but eating (daily intake probably equal to 4 people :D).

I'm not an expert on the subject, but isn't eating nothing almost as bad as overeating? The key to losing weight isn't to starve yourself, but to eat small sensible portions and not to skip any meals as that leads to snacking.
 
kids off school, wife at work. I ventured into the kitchen today and made some cupcakes :)
