Removed as much meat as possible and then threw the shoulder into the slow cooker and made a lamb casserole.

They’re actually deep fried mate. Home cut Maris piper, soaked in water then fried for about 4 mins. They were rather deliciousNot a fish eater but them chips look beaut! What are they and how are they cooked? I have never got decent chips out of my air fryer… ever
Well mind you except the little McCains french fries. They turned out ok. Always do.
Chorizo pancakes, fried eggs and a side of chipolatas with Tabasco sauce and maple syrup - it works !
