Removed as much meat as possible and then threw the shoulder into the slow cooker and made a lamb casserole.

Well mind you except the little McCains french fries. They turned out ok. Always do.

They’re actually deep fried mate. Home cut Maris piper, soaked in water then fried for about 4 mins. They were rather delicious
