Anyone use beef dripping for frying in particular chicken? I usually use vegetable oil in a deep fat fryer but trying to avoid seed oils. Can you reuse beef dripping?

I haven't myself, but I do know that some people swear by frying in beef dripping to create the ultimate chips/French fries.
