**THE NVIDIA DRIVERS THREAD**

Blimey! 4K slices performance apart. It's worse than the Witcher 3, and these were run with the latest NVIDIA drivers as well.

The AMD cards are doing horrifically with the game. :/

That would be becasue AMD have not released the Driver with optimisations for this game yet. And they were using the current public beta driver for this along with the nvidia optimised driver for this game.

And the driver for Nvidia just dropped that has Division and Tomb Raider profiles.

That's why these have been posted. To show the current numbers of the game on current drivers. If you notice in ALL the posts it's stated these are on the latest NVIDIA drivers. That doesn't somehow make the results invalid as it's doing exactly what it's supposed to.

The Nvidia driver used in this test was not available to the public until 30 minutes ago. And the AMD Driver is old.

So the test is not representative of what game performance will be like with AMD hardware. it only represents Nvidia's performance and the performance with drivers from AMD that do not have optimisations for this game yet.

This is the NVIDIA drivers thread after all, so it's perfectly relevant to the people here....

Whether it's relevant to AMD users depends on if AMD actually delivers a game ready driver by the time the game is out. If they don't have it out soon for the launch everything is relevant. If they do release a new driver I'm sure all the benchmarks will be updated for the new results; will still won't change the NVIDIA results shown here at all.

Beta support on GeForce GTX GPUs for external graphics over Thunderbolt 3

Nice and downloading now :)

So looking forward to The Division and Lara

No one in this thread gives a toss about AMD performance. The thread is about Nvidia

Oh the hilarity of that statement. And it is just as relevant in here as anywhere considering you are comparing graphics card performance. But it still stands that the results in that bench are not representative.

361.75 allows me to configure Surround displays but not the latest drivers..

I also have the option now to "Eject Geforce GTX 980" from the system tray too..

The Eject GeForce is because NVIDIA now supports External GPUs via Thunderbolt. clicking eject should do nothing since you're not unplugging the GPU via a TB enclosure.

Updated to latest again and now NVCP crashes constantly *sigh*

Nice, will grab these for playing the new TR, 60fps at 4k on a 980Ti, sounds like some dsr is in order for 1440 :D

3dv profile would be nice too, the last tomb raider game was great in 3d.

Updated and everything seems to be working okay. Not getting the 'eject GPU' thing that some people are reporting either. Maybe because I don't install GFE?
