***The OcUK Bikers meet 2006. 12th of August***

Early weather forecasts are predicting a change in the weather to what we have had of late, looks like there should be no rain and a bit of brightness, I will keep an eye on it as the week progresses. It would be a real shame if the rain stopped this meet happening.
 
Sorry to hear you cant make it piggy, I was supposed to come over at the B&B at the weekend to talk about it but I didnt get round to it!

Old No.7- Do you think its wise to let youself out in public after that booboo. :/
 
The weather has been really really pants of late all over the UK, but this morning I have opened the curtains to see a full sky of blue and the sun beating down :cool: Lets hope this is a sign of things to come!
 
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

The girl I was banking on swaping days off with cant swap and she was my only hope. :mad: :mad: Now, I have 2 options as it stands.

*Go to work
*Go to meet (Call in sick)

I dont think its right that I called in sick knowing full well I am not. I will have to have a word with the manager tomorrow but its not looking likely for sunday for me :(, the only thing I can suggest is to prospone it for a fortnight and then I can 100% make it, and we could be in with a better chance of nice weather.

I will have to think about this one quickly....
 
Yeah it seems a more sensible idea, would like freefaller to be able to attend!

Well anything from june onwards I can make sure I get put down for a sunday off so would have no problems attending. Those who still wish to attend on sunday can do so by all means still!
 
You lot are more than welcome to go ahead with it, but the weather forecast isnt looking too promising either now anyway. Hopefully if we prospone it a bit then we will have better weather and more attendees.
 
Right then, its time to get this baby bumped up a bit.

We need some more suggestions on dates for this meet now, we have to take into account other meets that are going on but to be honest if I was the only one going to another meet I would pull out to make way for this one :)

So, hit us with some dates guys.
 
Sunday 11th, either on the west mids meet or at Cosford Airshow
Sunday 18th- I dont know yet if I am working but I can swap shifts if a few more like this date :) ( I will also be 18 by this time too :) )
 
Right then, myself and freefaller are bored of all the sketchy details with this so we are going to poropose a fixed date and location now, the location still stands as that in the first post, the time is still the same (Midday), the new date is...

SATURDAY 12th August 2006!!!

I will re-start the attendee's list I think and obviously those who are really interested will be able to let us know soon here :)
