Do you want us to send you some $ for the deposit mate or are you ok covering it until the meet?

Thats fine don't worry, I am sure I won't be out of pocket as long as I have the exact figures a week before the event.

One thing I am unsure of is if the alley will be able to give me a full refund on the deposit minus my games or whether there will be a set amount deducted from each bill , if thats the case you will all have to give me your share of the deposit back seperately, I'm sure it will be okay though, maybe they will be happy with a credit card impression and not charge my account unless we blow them out, that would be ideal.

Not being funny mate but I would have thought most bowling places on a Saturday night are full of people trying to sneak a game in. If we cancelled one lane on the night they'd probably fill it within 10 minutes.

True, we'll argue our case if we need to, but 20 people in 4 lanes will be ideal and we seem to have a firm 20 plus maybe a couple more potentials, should have more than enough :)

I'm looking forward to this, two nights of drinking and socialising and some bowling and a nice meal, plus I still have Sunday to recover, ideal :)

Indeed. Its turned into a bigger do then you first thought though ay MB?

;)

Just a bit :)

I was expecting 3 people from Maidstone and Medway getting drunk on a Friday night and maybe going clubbing. This is er, slightly more complex than I was expecting.

I don't mind though. After I have it all organised and double checked I'm hanging up my mantel of responsibility on Friday at 6.00pm and the only thing I'll be doing is directing people to various locations. I have a nasty tendancy to get stressed in situations like this, I used to be a nightmare in airports, always worried about plans, have we got everything etc. etc. Now I know that all I need is a passport and a VISA card :D

Hopefully the group will organise itself and leave me to relax :)

Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the following order placed with GAME.

Order number(s):*********

As you may already be aware, the UK release date for Gran Turismo 4 !!!
has changed to 11-Mar-2005 . Changes to release dates are relatively
common in the videogames industry and are unfortunately beyond our control.

:(

You're all still coming, yeah?

Cheeky beggars.

I think I'm justified in having a reasonable number of posts here  .

Half of them were answering Freak_boy's questions and letting you lot know whats going on, so shut is shorty ;)

Don't worry, your order is still live and will be despatched prior to its release date via your chosen method of delivery.

[Sigh of relief] :)

Noticed on my way home this evening that they are redecorating the White Rabbit, presumably in honor of the OcUK contingent :). Should be all spic and span for you.

Actually the have moved it from the high street now to another more secluded position even closer to the bowling alley. An outing can be arranged for those who are interested in molesting 20 foot floral plaster of paris farmyard animals.

Here is a picture of the yearly pagan tradition of sacrificing an old lady carrying a cake to the Ovine deity.

Yeah big sheep over here as its the garden on england after all and now a big old medieval cannon i think sits in the high street roughly where the sheep used to sit.

Cannon was always there, the sheep was a temporary addition, bloody thing cost so much they were loath to throw it away after it alloted lifespan and it now sits in a Ovine graveyeard next to our manky shopping centre, with weeds growing out of it rather than flowers.
