The OcUK Powerlifting Totals

Good work :)

Small update:

Push press : 110kg @ 130kg. Was on an axle rather than standard bar :)

Ooh since we are doing this now I would like to add my recent update

Djdom56 -------- 117.5 / 175 / 220 ------ [80] ---- 512.5

Cheers Cristian!

Kinda cool looking at my stats here.

My 1rm on my bench is now 105, and my Deadlift is 200kg. However Ive never squatted since my original figures so thats probably way down :(

Any bonus points if your lifts are done while on pulse?

Right I'll stop now, no idea why I continued that so long

Syla5 ------- 100 / 150(b) / 150 ------- [73] ----- 400

its a small change i know but i havent repped 150 on squats! wish i had lol. Down to 73kg now, i could probably do bench at 100 with a weeks work up (got 95 recently with no heavy benching in 6 months), and i recently did deadlift 150 np. Not sure about the squats though

cheers mate, i could do with dropping another couple of kg again as well, thinking of just sticking at current cals and letting my body catch up :)

It is, but half the time people chop and change their weight while the actual lift doesn't change.

I could lift 200kg at 95kg on a deadlift, go ona cut down to 75kg, improve my bench and get the sheet updated to reflect my new BW, then it will show my 200kg dl at 75kg bw :p When it actually wasn't.

I think generally people don't do that. I figured the unwritten rule was its the weight at which you can do all the lifts. Besides, lifting new pbs is far more likely with your weight going up than down

Decided on a training route or going to stick with HST?

Going to finish this cycle and see how i feel. I am liking the mass gains of HST so might do one more cycle, then switch to something strength based for a couple of cycles and see what kind of improvements i can make before the middle of 2013. I should be able to get to a 200kg dl in 6 months, so i might possibly make that my target for the first half of 2013 :D

Good luck matey! I'd probably break something before I ever reached that goal :D Our lifts are around the same (even though you weigh a lot less!). I wonder if we can keep that going ;)

For some people that will be the case, they might do a deadlift pb in 2010 then a squat in 2012 and be a different weight.
Most people though generally do pb's in a similar time period where weight difference isn't really changing that much, so its not really a problem.

I've sat between 122 and 130 for the last few years (when actually trying to train) (actually now 128, no idea why i've dropped 2kg recently, i'm actually eating more crap lately!!)

if i switch over to strength i may be able to keep up with your totals :) your bench and dead currently > mine
