If I can find a cheap and tacky enough blanket - thats what I'll be doing...

Just wondering if the table is a bit excessive to bring...

First thing in the morning - sitting at it with my fresh coffee, music, chocolate chop brioche *ooooh mama! :D* while everyone else is staggering around looking for the painkillers.... :D

Although...could do a spag bol one day for a few people *depends on the size pot and the amount of mince I can get....* and if someone else can do the pasta..

Right-ho.. the garage have looked at the EMU and its not reporting any error messages. They've tried to get it to recreate the error, but to no avail, so are considering it clear. They're currently suggesting I take it for a long drive, which I'll probably do after work, I figure 20 miles round trip'll do it good anyway. Not much I can do beyond that. As far as they're concerned it is extremely unlikely to be anything important, otherwise they'd be able to recreate the fault. So.. all looks fine for me to do the ol' driving thing tomorrow :)

I have a small stereo *not great - but It'll do...* with a cd player and a tape adaptor for our MP3 player.. :D

Will be looking at bigger/louder/cheap stuff later today hopefully...

So music for saturday morning after the alcohol and chilie... House of Pain? Ring of Fire? ;)

Bad news I'm afraid guys. I'm going to have to be doing some work over the weekend for a trip to NY. It would be too tight for me to make it :( There are so many of you I wanted to see again, and so many of you I wanted to meet. I've been keeping this till the last minute because there wasn't always a chance that it would happen - but it now is, and it won't be sensible for me to come all that way. I am gutted gutted gutted. I really am. :( Please take lots of pictures for me and try not to have too much fun without me - I mean let's face it it's not a meet without me there :p

I know I'll be missed (well probably not you gits :p) but there will be many other meets that I shall be present at. Ah well... sod's law. At least I'm going somewhere nice and not some crappy shipyard.
 
That's not good enough you should be in two places at once.

Sorry to hear that.. Seriously have a good time.. Was looking forward to meeting you again . We'll have a drink or two on you.

Am picking up my Fancy dress this afternoon..

I'm actaully getting quite excited!! but at the same time apprehensive!
 
Done all the fiddly prep work for Saturday night if that goes ahead. A few instruction sheets need printing off, then I'll be done. If it happens, it happens, if not, then not, no biggie either way.

Freefaller, sorry to hear that, but work must be done or the bills don't get paid. :(
