I was very good and never fought for bacon until everyone had some...
... and then ended up with what was possibly the biggest bacon sandwich I've ever seen. :D

First file uploaded, 2nd one is at 78%. Files are big due to most of them containing high resolution videos. Note that some of the videos are dark/black. Those are campfire stuff that need audio extraction (which I'm happy to do).

Same policy applied to the burgers.... I ended up eating tons of them over Saturday and Sunday :o
Yes, you were extremely polite! The look on your face when you thought we'd thrown the maryland cookies into the fire was great though! :D

I was most impressed by how fast the sausage rolls and jammie dodgers vanished
And the orange Kit Kats :o (KKC)

Together with that Japanese drink - The perfect lunch :D

Could I have the FTP details please :) Once we've got the pics processed and scanned then I'll put some up.
(Sam was using a non-digital camera which for you youngsters does exist and takes what we call film :p)

I totally agree! My mum was completely confused when I was telling her all about it. "So you met 30 odd people for the first time and had the best weekend ever? You didn't dislike anybody!?" Crazy stuff.
I know what you mean. Its the same feeling I've had on every single bike rally I've been to, going and camping in another part of the country and meeting up with friends you haven't seen since your last mutual rally.

I "explained" to my neighbours that I was going to camp in someone's back garden with a bunch of random people I knew from the internet. You should have seen the looks on their faces. Bit like this ->

On a more serious note, this weekend has shown me just how much progress I have made in beating depression and I'd like to publicly thank everyone for being such a nice bunch of people that I'm proud to call friends.

Thank you.

Depression?
Wow, I seriously would never have guessed!

I know it certainly did me the world of good and got me out of myself for a bit after a rough couple of weeks :) Made me feel much more confident again too.

Me neither! You're definitely doing really well :)
Everyone was fantastic and I can't wait to meet up again!

On a side note, my uploaded files from flipster of Beserkers don't seem to be working :( Is anyone else having a problem?

You're probably downloading them before they've finished uploading ;)
The first two are fully there now but the third one is still being uploaded.

Thank you.

And it takes balls to say that to a bunch of people you have only just met and also to people that you haven't. It does indeed show leaps have been made by you and I doff my cap to you sir. :)

I met several of the OcUK mafia back in June for Piggy's do and I have never felt so comfortable so quickly in the company of people who I had not met before. They are without doubt a great bunch and I look forward to the Newcastle soiree this weekend.

Hmmm, perhaps :)
I'll try again, ty

Unfortunately all too true Haly. I only have vague memories of the time (and it wasn't that long ago) of crying a lot, lying in bed staring blankly at the wall for days on end, and looking at a pantry full of food and being unable to think of three things to put together to make a meal, of not having the mental energy to go and get milk when I ran out two days ago - and I'm not that fond of black coffee. It's like three years of my life may as well not have existed.

Ouch :(
I had a few months 2 years ago where I'd say I was depressed to a similar point and I know I can hardly remember anything that happened during that period. But 3 years must have been terrible :(
You certainly seem to have improved hugely however now which must be great to know :D
