600 FSB IRCC has been reported and stabilty to match.

I have had many Asus mobos and fancy an Abit for a change.

Sorry to go of topic a bit but. . .

How does the Gigabyte GA P35 DS4 compare to the Abit, is that capable of reaching 600fsb too? Im on the hunt for a decent P35 mobo. . .

By all accounts the ABIT is a fine mobo.

Stable out of the box cool running and a nice clocker.
The price is nice too. ;)

chill, ignore cpuz vcore report, its wrong, havnt seen a screeny with it correct in ages , including my ow, 1.7 V shows at 1.39 in mine (not my normal running voltage obviously ;) )

Change your sig dude
3.8ghz without a screenshot?

Your claiming a clock without evidence ;)

DOOd! i'm about to e-slap you, stop it! Nobody really cares. Let it go. :p

Have you tested stability with the big boys?

I care so why post in my thread?

If not,

I suggest you put your money were your mouth is my friend.

I started this thread.

If you don't want to post your stabilty clocks then I ask why?

why?

Correction it's you're, get it right.

And no, I'm not I can't be bothered with most of the arguments, not that that it's relevant to anything I said anyway.

On holiday for two weeks in Spain. :)

As anticipated.

Yes, but my stepping requires more vcore than yours, you have a good chip. For a more of a performance boost try 7x500, put your mem divder on 2.00 so your ram runs 1:1 with fsb, also with the ballistix 8500 ram you could tighten timings at a lower vdim (4-4-4-12 v2.1).

A few other pointers:
Play with mem trd levels, default is 13 I think, had mine at 8. Improves ram speed, makes it very nippy.

The F3 bios or F5g has more mem bw and lower super pi times than F4.

I found running 7x515 (3.6ghz) to be faster than 8x450 (3.6Ghz), mem bw increased by 900mb, lower super pi times, gaming much smoother.

For me anyway running at 3.6Ghz at 7x515 required less vcore than at 8x450, not really sure why.

If you discover anything new please share :D
