This feels like a big step back from on screen controls.
Now I've got used to Face ID I'm not sure I'd ever use Touch ID.

I have an Apple Watch so I can unlock my phone without Face ID sometimes but some people still prefer it.
Sometimes I need to use the passcode, like first thing in the morning without my glasses or with my watch on. It often doesn’t recognise my face.
