Facebook marketplace. I checked another seller that was pushy and his box had the same typos. Reported both.
Is this someone local to you or are you paying them to post?
The number 1 rule of Facebook marketplace is to never hand money to someone without seeing the product first, especially so if it’s high value or could be stolen/fake.
I’d never buy anything from facebook that I couldn’t go and collect in person.

Check the small print, quite often those Very 10% or 20% codes aren’t valid with Apple products.
