A bigger maps version of bf2 with 2021 graphics would be something else.
How / if they implement battle royale into it is another thing. Many would come for a BR from Warzone / Apex if it was done right. Then again, it could be its downfall if done wrong.
A BF2 with a BR mode, destroyable buildings, different vehicles, set classes per squad whilst still keeping the action / sim style of BF2. Yes please!

Yeah the hit reg was excellent what with 120hz server tick rates, in fact anything better than the standard 30hz tick rates. Severs could be kept lag free by adding 100+ pings kicked etc and the game style could be set up by admin, so No SnIper or M320 or whatever you wanted. Today's games are laggy as hell. After BF4 when the servers went public just felt laggy as hell. BF2, 3 & 4 were all modern warfare - not WW1/2 dribble. Cant see them making decent servers with high tick rates and region settings. 6 would have to be modern warfare for me to even look. Can always hope.
 
This Tom Henderson leak that Battlefield 6 will contain "wacky cosmetics" and customizable pet robot dog, is a touch worrying given the things which popped up in BF5. Although he does say it fits the timeframe theme, which suggests its near future

Dont they ever think things through ffs

I mean, i get they want the Fortnite crowd... but adults with spare cash outnumber kids, give us a solid Battlefield and we will buy DLCs, or coins to get nice skins etc

Oh well, Robot Dogs.. brilliant, cant wait for this one :D

We can only hope the leak isnt true, not sure I want a BF6 with "wacky cosmetics"

Why not go after the Warzone croud? Realistic Modern Battlefield with a few futuristic things. Military drones, robots are welcome but in keeping with current tech somewhat

You're right, adults have more money than kids to throw at new gun blueprints and 'Battlefield points' or whatever they may be called in the Battlefield world
