4 more squad deathmatch wins to go... then i just have the 2 assignments on the right side to complete.
that blow up and enemy vehicle with the blowtorch took a while, i got it twice in CQ and lost the server connection at the end of the game..
finally got it on TDM destroying an enemy mortar after i shot the guy.

Well I've been playing this now constantly since it came out - it has never been out of my xbox other than a brief go at BC1 SP when the dashboard was released and I couldn't connect! - and well it just gets better and better. There isn't a single map that I dislike. I want to buy Skyrim now that it is cheap but I know I won't play it even over xmas with 2 weeks off! I am planning mega mega BF3 sessions over the holiday and I can't flipping wait!
1 more grenade kill and then 30 odd assault rifle kills and i get my LA85On my way to getting the L96 too. 2 awesome British guns!
Does anyone know if the MAV counts for the 50 spot assists?
i would have thought they do, i got the 50 spot assists with the thing you stick in the ground on TDM, didnt take long.

It isn't just cosmetic, it allows faster switching between assault rifle and 40mm than using them as seperate weapons

Bought this today. I really like it. It's miles better than Bad Company 2.
Only problem I have is that I didn't get the new maps so every now and then it kicks me out of a lobby if one of those maps comes up. Why can't the game just disable the new maps if people in the lobby don't have them?

So the Mk3a1 (shotgun form battlefield 2) I unlocked it a few days ago, I'm yet to to see anyone else other than my mate using it on ps3..
It worries me, automatic, frag rounds and wait for it, the extended mag means it can hold 14 rounds, I will put my house on everyone's going to be using this gun. It's crazy.

Im using the m1014 with extended mag and frag which is pretty awesome, but if this thing is good im doing it

Quick question. If I'm the 2nd guy in a tank, so I'm not driving I just control the machine gun thing. Does it hurt other tanks if I shoot them or am I wasting my time?
Waste of time
i shot at them but i aim for the middle of the tank chest level incase anyone bails out to repair or fire a rpg at you, you can get a fair few kills like that

God damn, not played this in 10 days or so. Switch it on and there is a PS3 update and a game update and now the new packs to download.
I will play eventually at some point today. Are these new maps any good?
