think lack of content and bugs makes it tad underwhelming. maps they have chosen just arnt that great with none being your classic ww2 battlefields was a mistake.

grand operations doesnt feel as epic as operations from bf1 when introduced. the building aspect is pretty cool and can really help when defending on GO.

To be honest, some of the maps looked very similar in layout to those found in BF1?

There’s no signature epic map like Wake or any throw back to the previous games. The maps feel a little underwhelming at the moment and if anything the destruction means there’s less CQB then most other BF games in buildings.

I think it's crying out for some old maps like Wake or Gaza(?). I hope they released them sooner rather than later - otherwise the game could be dead-ish if they don't come for another 6months or so...

I can see DICE adding the pacific theatre of war soon, all relates to WW2 so I believe more content is on the cards and especially if it's free... or is it?

DICE and free content? It will either be DLC or require the Premium pass, which like every year I will buy.
