If you select BFV, platform, invalid code and send through a support claim, you should get an automated email with a code. They'll still connect you to someone if you follow through but just ignore them.
Edit: DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
- Click link above (You may need to sign in here, I didn't because I was already signed in. It might ask you later)
- Click on Battlefield V
- Choose platform
- Choose "Codes and Promotions"
- Choose "Lost code" or "invalid code"
- Ignore "did you get an error message?" Fill in gibberish if you want for fun
- Select contact option
- Put in a subject field like "Wrong Code"
- Ignore attachments
- Click "email" or "chat now"
- Eh, ignore them. Don't waste their time. Your email should come now
