When you do, your gonna love it dude!

Lets say you in a corridor and there's a Big Daddy at the end, Put electric traps from the crossbow down the corridor 4 should do it. Then shoot the big daddy once with the handgun. The big daddy will charge at you and obliterate itself!

If it doesn't die pummel it once with an explosive buck!

Great game!
Just forced myself to stop and eat something. Not "the best evaaar" game, but very polished, stylish, colorful with superb sound and great gameplay.
 
Couple of things annoying me, one is that theres no real penalty for dieing, and secondly, I switched a plasmid before I encountered the doctor, I swapped the electric for the telekinesis and I just kept dieing over and over against the doctor. Had to lose an hours progress because of that little screw up :(
 
I've now finished it. The final level was just right - not too difficult and not too easy. The ending brought a lump to my throat. Well done Ken Levine & crew for a marvellous experience.

Ive just got the fire plasmid, where you set the oil on fire and wipe out the guys on the other side of the wall, but where do i go from there? The only way i can find is back where i came from?

Hehe, theres stairs either side of the room, i think one says exit above the stairs...

If you're having trouble working out where you're going, switch to the map (BACK) and then RB to have a look at your goals. Press A to select a goal and then A again to make it active. Once you have an active goal, you should get an arrow in the top centre of the display which will guide you to where you need to go.
 
Can anyone tell me what those splicers with the red halo things around their necks are..they also have a bot with them...everytime i go to shoot at it, it keeps saying that its friendly as i hacked it before...:confused:....cant remember hacking any bots recently.

Still at the neptunes bounty bit...just managed to get the pics and heading back to the fisheries dude but need to kill 2 daddies and harvest 2 sisters. Getting more and more difficult the game now...still great fun though.
 
The bots with the red things are controlled by the splicers with the halos. Strange, you should be able to shoot it down. But if you kill the splicer, the bot goes down with it.

Completed it last night on medium difficulty and the ending was too easy...

Brilliant game, now to do it on hard.

need help am in olympus heights and need to get to the third floor to get the diary any ideas???



btw what are people playing on hard or medium ???
 
just finished the demo, quite good!

Seems rather random but glad Ive ordered it and should hopefully get it sometime next week along with Blue Dragon!
