Bloodborne is
22 333 4 555 etc..its not fluid. It Stutter's. But its 30 fps but the stutter means it feels likes its dropping frames..
Pc gamers suffer micro stutter in two card setup as well, it'd be due the the next frame not presenting or presenting before the frame its proceeding. Its odd but a few ps4 games suffer it.
Seems screen tearing is reducing in this gen. Stutter is the new issue..
Sooner free sync or g sync hits main stream tvs the better... No need for v sync and sync to refresh rates. Reason 60 fps is the holy grail of most gamers. To hit fluid 60 hz sync.
