Usyk and AJ managed to get 2 fights signed with little to no drama or issues think about it.

I get your point but 2nd fight againts Usyk was formality do to remach closure and thats why Fury was fighting Wilder 3 times due to 1st fight end up a draw.

Still managed to get huge sums from Saudi. No nonsense, no over inflated egos. Just pay the man his dues, he’s done more in boxing than any other current fighter, bar maybe Canelo. The split shouldn’t be part of the equation.

Remember Fury’s being telling you this is going to be easy for him. Sign the fight rule the World. Easy as that for him.

Exactly chances for undisputed fights are not happening every single year especially heavyweight division.

The point was the undisputed has been there for years now and Fury’s side was the reason for that fight not happening. He shouldn’t have been negotiating a fight without the ability to carry it through. The whole thing stank from his side especially given Bob Arums background and decades of experience. They completely played AJ, Hearn and the public.

Did he say it's all agreed and signed or is that simply the proposed date? I've just searched on twitter to see if there's anything re this but can't find anything which is strange if Warren did just announce it.

They must’ve been trying to sort all this out since Usyk beat AJ the second time around. How long does it take AJ had a deadline set within weeks of that fight being offered.

Is this amateur hour or for some unknown reason just a very tough negotiation. I suspect they are trying to push the Saudis a bit to far and got a bit greedy.
 
Couple of heavyweight fights announced for April.

Joshuas comeback against a guy Whyte beat last time out Jermaine Franklin before I guess he's yet again going to fight Whyte in a fight about as pointless as Fury V Chisora 3.

and Joe Joyce fighting Zhang Zhilei who I've not seen but is 39 and lost his last fight. Kinda feel for Joyce, he's 37 so no spring chicken and can't get a sniff of a world title fight cos they're all tied up with the Usyk V Fury saga, by the time he does get a chance it might be too late. He's also no Captain Charisma so isn't worth the risk for most of the other big players in the division to take on as he doesn't draw the fans in.

Zhang looked OK in the last fight I saw of his, heavy handed (I don't think AJ could take many clean shots from him). I seem to recall it being a very close fight which it could be argued that he won.
