With regards to Gearbest, and shopping there, I’ve shopped there a few times and it’s always been a good experience. (I even had to ask for a refund at one time, and didn’t have an issue) haven’t shopped there in a few years though !
 
Got an issue with my Note 8 Pro where my alarm isn't going off despite being set in the alarm app. Using Google's Alarm app if that matters. Usually there's an icon on the notification bar but I can't see the option to enable it. Luckily my partner has been around to wake me up in time for work!

@AndyCr15 how're you finding it a few weeks in? I don't game or watch media beyond YouTube on my phone but I'm a big camera user and hammer office apps and web access so the battery life is key for me.

This would be pushing the boat out big time but I keep coming back to the note 10 :rolleyes:

Think the Poco 2 does have band 20 anyway it's like a global version of the K30 pro.

Vodafone also use band 7 I think it is as well. Usually only get that when in larger cities. I get it when I'm in Brighton sometimes. Comes up as 4g+ on my mate 20 Pro when I get it. Its very fast. Did a speed test and got 80 mb/s.

It's already in the UK, waiting for it to go in to yodal's system
I asked giztop to flash the global rom.

I will post here when I know more.

Ok excellent. They do offer the Chinese Version now flashed with the Global Rom which is what I was looking at ordering.

Yes. Just email them. Mine is the chinese version :)
But wait till I get mine to make sure.

Forgot to say.
Having the global Mi rom on means you only have use of 1 sim card slot and not 2.

It cleared customs on the 17th on this month.
No tax at all :D

It does not have band 20. But I am on 3 so they use 2 other channels for 4G
 
i am looking at buying one of these phones with a budget of around £300.

So giztop(normally good) have sent me a phone that has locked due to the FRP(Factory Reset Protection)

Who ever flashed the phone never deleted his\her account.
So now I have to wait for giztop to get back to me....
