Couldn't use blizz downloader due to ISP restrictions. so got all the files on my own and put them in so the downloader would verify them etc but its got another 30odd mb to do, which as I can't get any downloading with the downloader done does not help me.

Tried using a load of free proxies to route my connection through but no luck, still "the tracker is not responding"

When you start the downloader 1.3mb/s give it 10mins, YOU ARE BEHIND A FIREWALL 200k/s even though it's perfectly accepted
