Not gonna happen.

Monk has Mantra's which are basically slightly more well balanced Aura's and an array of holy type spells with some similarities to the Paladins skills. Theres simply no room for him.

They will probably add another melee class at some point, to make a 2nd Strength based hero. All I can really think of in that respect is something resembling the Druid with Shapeshifting and Beast mastery.
 
Rainforest has gone up to £32 again. I didn't get to play it much during beta due to the server always being busy but I might pick up a copy from GAME if they are still around. I've booked that week off work as well!
 
I've just started new job so there is no way I will get a time off, worst timing ever !
DAMN IT !

However weekend after release shall be welcomed with a box of redbull...

I noticed that as well.

The beta made me decide to buy the game now. I'll probably get it directly from Blizz as I've never gotten a pre-order on time from rain forest of others where I live.
 
Tesco still has the £5 off voucher (GAME5 or something) so you can still pick it up for £28. Its REALLY not worth £17 to get it 100% guaranteed on time.
 
The servers are most likely to die during the first day of the release anyways or at least there will be massive lag and rain of disconnects.

No matter how much stress testing they've done, it is going down.
I mean common, they've been doing stress tests since WoW beta in 2003 and they still can't get it right.

I know they've put whole world onto 1 server this weekend but keep in mind that amount of people that have played this weekend is only tiny scratch from what will buy the game and play it on release date, most people did not even know the open beta was there, could not connect or couldnt even download it.

Really? 9 times out of 10 i get the game before release day, the rest always come out to me on release day!

No one gets it right, we just have to live with it it's nothing to do with them not expecting hundreds of thousands of people to play, but to cut down on their own costs.
 
Well I've narrowed it down to Monk or Wizard :p I'm leaning towards wizard because I never play magic characters, sorceress is the only D2 character I never did the game with.

It's a sad fact that the irish mail makes the british one look like a couriers' next day delivery service.

I'm not prepared to pay the extra for faster shipping, I might as well just pay for the online version which would still work out cheaper usually.

Did anyone listen to the lore about the Gold stealing demons? The ones you chase around like a little Pinata. The lore says that you maybe able to pass through their portal and enter Greeds realm, that sounds like a cow level so me! :)

they copied that straight from another game I played years back, I can't think what it was but it was an RPG diablo type game

re: greed.

Greed is almost undoubtedly going to be one of azmodans lieutenants, along with the maiden of lust.

They will both probably be minor act bosses akin to the skeleton king in the beta.
