There's known issues with blizzard downloaders and some Virgin media super hub thingies.
Mine works fine, always has, in fact it's not been down or rebooted in over 3 months.

Did you point it to the same folder that the download folder was in?
Pointing it at the same folder where your original download was? It should just update the missing files.
It's already been pointed there. It no biggie, if it takes as long as last time it'll be 25-30 minutes.
£45 for the digital copy, £55 for the CE.
All that stuff for a tenner? Yes pleaase.
Aye, by the time I came to look at the CE it was up to £65 though.

You need to point to the folder it's in, other wise it'll download it again, and you'll have a folder called "Diablo-III-8370-enGB-Installer" inside a folder called "Diablo-III-8370-enGB-Installer".

You wake up, eager to continue playing from the night before.
The Hub is down, no Internet, No Diablo 3.
You phone Virgin, they say they have to send an Engineer out and replace the Hub.

Nope it's pointed to the right place - like I said, it's no bother download has 5 minutes left on it just a bit strange.
