They haven't announced it, but looking at Heart of the Swarm which is ~£35 from their site, £25 from other retailers, I'd expect something along the lines of that.

Ive started playing again and im still trying to make my first hellfire ring lol.
Ive got multiple parts for two of the items needed to craft it but the damn third one is trolling me!
Ill probably be paragon 100 by the time it does drop, im half way now!

Not at all, I just leveled a wizard and wd in mostly public games.
Only time I had trouble was when I was overleveled since I was using some +exp gear but it didnt take long to get back into pub games

1. Hardcore mode used to have plenty of random lag spikes death, making it to 60 without a lag scare was an achievement in itself, changed much?

2. Game was balanced around auction house, gold or real. Not playing auction house tycoon if you were going to use the auction house at all was just handicapping yourself, I didn't like auction house tycoon. Playing without the auction house resulted in the most mind numbingly boring ass drops as drop ratios were balanced around you being able to trade on the auction house. Changed much?

From the Eurogamer review of the console verison:

Every feature is there too, save one, the unloved auction house for trading items with other players.... In part to make up for the lack of trading, loot drops have been rebalanced, with the PC game's tidal wave of useless trash stemmed somewhat. There's a little less loot and it's a lot better quality, as well as being more likely to be useful to the class that you're playing, making it more toothsome overall.

It's expected at Blizzcon when they announce the rest of the features of Reaper of Souls that leagues/ladders will be part of that and they may include iron-price options, however even if they still have the GAH it will still feature hard resets on a regular basis so it will be nice either way.
