wow that weapon is ridiculous.

anyone know what the high end sniper is? curious to know what dmg that does. I have a friend wiht an SRS and that does 44k a hit which is just silly.

Not really with that you are looking around 300k headshot crit damage. High end mobs won't even flinch.

Am trying to find a good bolt action gold rifle but Google bringing up nothing

This game is rock solid on your own. I do keep doing missions that are a bit higher level than me though.

Certainly easier when there is more than one of you. (Obviously)

wow. please screenshot the kind of loot available for you now in DZ trader!

Loot in the DZ is rubbish, I just deconstruct everything. It's all about Pheonix Credits and buying blueprints to craft level 31 High Ends. Some of the blueprints need rank 50 though to buy!

This is one of the few games where I genuinely wish there was a mobile app. Managing your inventory etc from in the game is a real hassle at times, they really need to work more on the UI.

There are definitely improvements that need to be made with the UI and the way you interact with the vendors / crafting. The biggest thing for me would be seeing the base stats of any and every weapon (plus removing some inconsistencies when comparing different items)

So people - its been a week - do you see this as a 'Destiny killer' as the games sites were trying to push?

I get the feeling theyll complement each other (too well) and people will jump between them when content gets released. Could even be somewhat symbiotic where both still make expansion sales while customers dont have as much time to exhaust content...

ps3ud0

For me they compliment each other.

What talents are people using? I'm using the recoil reduction when entering cover, but i'm not sure what else to use. Doesn't really seem like many standouts.

The talents really come into their own when you are grouped up. Synergise with the group and you can have 100% up time on your normal skills whilst also dishing out massive DPS / tanking everything.

I run talents that reduce skill cool down by 15% on group heal (running support station) and extend skill by 10% on enemy kill. This combined with the damage reduction & crit increase (pulse)from the Mrs keeps my skills up 100% of the time during fire fights.

I'm level 20 so only have two talents unlocked.

If I run solo I would switch the skill cool down talent to the crit pulse one.

(I have forgotten what the talents are called... :D)

Anyone know what the high end para lmg is like from the special vendor?

This LMG is great for stripping the shields, wasn't sure on getting it, but come in is so handy on the challenge missions :D The perks on it are just right for this, and only swap to sniper when require.

Got to 30 last night with still loads of content left to do, those LMB dudes are proper tastey, they flank you really well, duck and dive and roll all over etc, gave me a proper hard time solo lol.

Now im 30 i noticed aload of content opened up, what do people recommend to do first? finish off clearing up the encounters and missions i have left then start doing the dailies? or just dive into the dailies?

Also should i stick to hard mode to gear up first or can i go right into challenging on missions?

There's no point buying those blueprints from the DZ vendor that requires DZ rank 50.

They need High End Division Tech to construct which is seriously hard to obtain and can't be farmed easily (go check now how much you have and it wil be tiny compared to your other mats)

Its all about the vendor in the base of operations whose blueprints only need regular crafting materials.

Hit 30 also, trying to get some pheonix credits to buy the high-end vector, but to get the credits you need to run the challenge mode missions. I tried the Russian consolate one yesterday - no group I joined got past the first part, yellow bosses everywhere...

Anyone have alternatives? Should I focus on getting better gear before going back to challenge mode?

Only problem with this is the vendor in BoO doesn't have all the amour blueprints, wanted to craft a body piece but the blue prints for that are in the DZ :( If I'm not mistaken his stock like the special weapons vendor does not rotate, so its going to be a pain unless you manage to get that piece to drop.

IIRC they also drop from named bosses in the DZ. I believe however the number you could get was heavily nerfed ( I read 10-12 down to 2-3?)

I was watching a farming run last night and the grind to get high end division tech is real. The chests only spawn on timers and if they are looted by someone else you have to wait for the re-spawn (at least judging by what I saw / the commentary).

I just found me an awesome vest with the overhead talant :) Rest of the stats are poo but it frees up a choice for me

Try the tunnel challenge mode. It's the easiest of them and i have been farming it. It's today daily also.

Just get your group to stay in the base at the end. The number of people that charge right up the middle of the map is shocking.

There two failed which is hard mode the 1 challenging mode all give PC

Quick tip for the section where you have to protect the engineer at the end of the tunnel, is to leave one enemy alive and let the timer run down, this way you only have one wave to deal with before getting the check point :D

Right should be able to afford the vector or ak blueprint today. I hear both are very good? You got any?

So what's the best way to get better gear? I'm so confused with all these different vendors and blueprints. I did buy a high end backpack blueprint and it rolled garbage so I see these as a bit crap to be honest.

All my stats seem stuck at the 70-80k mark, with skill power hovering around 18k. Friends I play with all seem to have much higher in everything!

Also lost a level and half in DZ last night for one death, I hope they balance that crap out!

I went with the Liberator first, but the Vector (don't have an SMG) is my next purchase, as everyone seems to praise it with the right roll

Oh I didn't realise rank 30 'hard' missions are different to 'challenge', hard is fine as a fresh 30, but challenge was ridiculous... the road to high-end blueprints seems a little easier now...

I managed to pick up a purple vector that is 64k dps with mods from a safe house vendor, that's getting me through hard mission no problem.
