This game is rapidly losing it's appeal, the PVP just feels broken to me. It's a case of whoever jumps who first, invariably wins. Fair enough that's what you'd expect, but you die much too quickly, they need to up the survivability. I'm at 83K health and 50% odd damage mitigation so far from a glass cannon.

I've racked up quite a few hours, much more than most single player games so it's had good value mind.

I saw a considerable boost in survivability when jumping from 50% damage mitigation up to 60%+ tbh.

I'm currently rolling with 270k primary DPS(SMG), 255k secondary(AR), 100k health, 21K skill and 61.5% damage mitigation. I've reverted back to a 204 Reckless chest piece because it's still broken as hell.

It's weird as sometimes I can hold my own or win a 1 v 3 and other times I can be downed in what seems like an instant. I guess it's the variety of builds and never quite knowing how many people are targeting you at once.

Bit disappointed they never rotated the gear set. Had 900 pc sitting in the bank now. Don't stand a chance of raising enough to buy from dz and time soon. Plus haven't found my set in there yet.

Anyone have some tips on cash raising in dz?

Vendor reset was tosh. Stamina vest blueprint in DZ02 fit my build and allowed me to craft a 204 HE reckless chest though. 204 Sidearm with chance to add bleeding isn't bad for raising your gear score, although it's one of the poorest sidearms.

Quickest way to get DZ funds is killing rogues or going rogue yourself. Find a lone player, drop him when he's vulnerable and run for the hills.

Level 1 rogue status nets you about 5k a time. If you're specifically grinding for funds, solo, it'll be tough.

Manhunts only net you about 10-15k so they aren't worth the effort. Opening chests bags you 1k...

Make sure you run over the corpses of all the AI you kill too.

disappointed is not the word....

100pc and nothing to buy!

610k dz credits and nothing to buy!

End up with a full skill gear set. Also got 4 bits of sentry call which ended up better stat wise than the strikers I was aiming for.

Think that proves whats wrong with end game to much RNG

Too many sets of gear and too much overlap. Higher quality gear should not drop with lower stats than the tier below it.

Locking 240 items behind a once weekly, tough as nails, horde mode is a shocking design decision. It could take months to get the right items to put a full set together, and then you aren't guaranteed the right stats or perks.

I think people glitching to get the best gear fast ruins the game.

What would you buy with 100 pc, do you mean 1000?

"Best gear in the game" is subjective. A well rolled set of 182 HE gear is just as good, if not better than a set of 240 Gear set items.

It seems a mix of HE and gear set items currently performs best despite gear score.

I am keeping my gear score around 171 at the moment, i do have plenty of bits to make it higher but that'll just weaken me. I currently have 3 items of the nomad gearset, just need to break rank 50 in dz (46 at the moment).

Just doing the great grind at the moment, not too sure how long i'll stick with the game. Getting a tad boring, not too bad if you have friends online but on your own its tricky.

I quite like running around dz on my own, extracts are easy enough if you are careful, just have to watch your back. But I think that adds to the tension.

This is exactly right, ignore a gear score number and focus on the stats/talents etc. Fir instance, the best gloves to have are the HE ones with crit on enemies out of cover and the besr chest is the one with % damage increase - its bugged at the moment but abuse it whilst it lasts!

From my own gear and a few friends it seems using this sort of gear will see you around gearscore 170-185 ish. But youll be far better off this way.

You could say a well rolled piece of 240 is better too, plus the bonuses should add to that.

But I have a 163 piece that I can't get rid of as it has three mods and never found a better 182. Only draw back is that you get kicked from groups even if you are in your 180's.

I managed to get through the incursion with a pug last night, didn't realise the set drops on hard are gs191 :/ got tacticians as the weekly piece which went in the stash as I'm aiming for sentrys bits and have a pretty decent reckless chest right now.

I got booted from about the groups before I'd even landed at the mission start, presumably because gs189 is too "low". Funny in our successful group (which failed wave 1 twice then cleared the lot on the third attempt with no voice comms) I was the highest gs and one guy had 152! Frustrating elitism caused by public gearscores.

yeah am maxed on PC after blowing all of it on the Aug last week.

Still love the game but don't seem to be progressing with the amount of time I have put in.

My strikers gear set is higher level than my sentry call but has less stats :/

The kicking from groups thing is very random, I dont even think its manual sometimes but I may be wrong. Its not as if the game doesnt have issues etc.

Ive been kicked on a 208 gearscore character a few times but hardly on a 160 that I do each daily CM with, go figure.
