Get on the in the evening and were run you through some missions :D

To stop getting kicked from group, go into the group management and set your privacy option to open, when you start a mission (hard or challenging ) you become the host and the other three slots will fill with randoms, that way you will never be kicked :p

:) - ta bud, apologies as RL has been getting in the way of our usual late night gaming sessions - I only get an hour or so here or there these days :(

This game is getting worse and worse!

Whilst I can live with the in game minor bugs, the whole matchmaking thing is well and truly pooped. It takes me nearly three hours to get a decent run of a mission these days.

If the numpties who insist on 190+ armour don't stop kicking us, its the darn server either not allowing mission gates to open (in which case everyone leaves and back to square one) or certain users can only run a few yards then get put back to the beginning (resulting in loss of players and being back to square one again).

It's a right PITA - I've never rage quit a game before but this is headed in that direction.

I just can't understand the whole armour thing either - I've got tons of ultra-green drops but they all seem to be poorer than the yellows I have! - other than increasing the armour score they don't do much for my loadout at all.

I've never understood the need to show GS, it just causes this kind of elitism which can't be what the developers intended.

I understand the need to split the L30 players and to have GS limits on activities but surely there's no need to make GS public?

Only took 8 attempts at doing a challenging mission tonight.

Think I'm stuck now, haven't done the incursion yet and can never get the right people. Don't really care about gear score just aslong as people don't quit etc PITA.

I'm only GS177 at the minute and need some more sentry gear.

I said that when they released the notes, I've played with players in the low 90-120 and been fine with the content and then struggled with players on a rating of 209.

They should remove the score again and have it random, much more fun to try with different levels of gear and experience.

GS means nothing really, you can clear all the challenge missions and hard incursion at ~160 GS. Not sure why people get so elitist about it ???

As posted by Turbo, add people up on here and we can help out (PS4)

Seriously how bloody stupid are people thinking they can win incursions without dropping in to the middle. Only ever managed to finish it once with random because everyone else tries and fails to snipe the first wave. Arggggggggggh

I'll be on from about 21:00 and would love to try the incursion out. I bought a headset today so should be able to do chat as well. Gearscore 189, PSN = Brokkah1

EDIT2: Client side attributes is a really bad way to do things in an online game too. The PC version is likely to end up just being full of cheaters unless Ubisoft throws out bans swiftly.

'Client side attributes' exist in every single network game ever made. A lot of people that know zero about network engines making a big deal out of this.
Surprise surprise...

In an extensive blog post. on the game's many recent problems, Fiedler criticised Ubisoft for developing the game with what looks like a trusted client network model. Simply put, it trusts the job of tracking key gameplay information to individual players, rather than the server.

This information can include a player's position in the game, how powerful they are, or what abilities they have - such as being able to walk through walls.

On PC at least, copies of the game can be hacked to edit this data, giving users an unbeatable advantage.
...
As for console versions, the outlook is a little brighter, but only with a lot of work:

"[Ubisoft would need to] fix all lag switch timing exploits and disable players moving and shooting while lag switch usage is detected."

Video game networking consultant Glenn Fiedler took notice, and in a recent blog post he explains why some of the ways Division players exploit the game (using client-side cheat tools to teleport or give themselves infinite health) suggest developer Ubisoft Massive may have implemented a fundamentally insecure "trusted client" network model.

"I sincerely hope this is not the case, because if it is true, my opinion of can this be fixed is basically no. Not on PC. Not without a complete rewrite," writes Fiedler, who has worked on (among other things) the online architecture of Titanfall & Titanfall 2, as well as multiple God of War games. "Possibly on consoles...but not on PC unless they completely rewrite most of their netcode and game code around a server-authoritative network model.

Waiting for today's state of the game to start, here's today's patch notes.

Protection from Elites will now correctly reduce damage received from Elite enemies
Fixed a bug with Rehabilitated where the talent could remain active when used in combination with a tear gas grenade
Fixed an exploit where players could go through walls by using a ladder while the Jumping Jack emote is active
Falcon Lost: Players will no longer be able to shoot inside the incursion when they are standing outside of it

Not a lot there.
