Build weapons? Upgrade weapons?


Are they specifically called "weapon parts"? If so that could be a dig at bungie, and a good one at that.

Yeah they're actually Weapon Parts, they're scattered everywhere, but no indication what you need to do with them once collected.
 
I don't seem to be able to redeem my Amazon code on the Division web page. Heavy traffic at the moment maybe ? I'm entering the code and clicking next after selecting PS4 and nothing is happening. :confused:

Never played Destiny much, what's all that about?

Already been grabbing attachments with random pickups, but didn't know the specific Weapon Part pickups were also for your guns, sounds daft I know but thought they'd be parts where you collect enough and you create a gun :p
 
There's a bunch of stuff that you pickup which are materials for making stuff that isnt in the beta (the various wings in the base of ops)
 
Played for 90 mins. First hour was just running around following my mate as we decoded boxes. Was getting very bored. then we did a misson. Was better, But its not a shooter like cod etc if you shoot a enemy in the body it can take two clips before they go down, also there are hit points number popping into the air etc.

It also looks rather low res and and nothing like we saw at E3 a few years ago I got some slow down now and then and textures poping in up close that could be down to it being a beta. Will try ps4 and pc tomorrow.

You know what it feels like, A fan made muti mod for watch dogs. So far I am not feeling it and that's strange to me as I was a massive Ghost recon fan on the 360 and it kind of looks like that. If they added bikes or cars so you did not have run around the bland landscape for 5 mins at a time it could be better.

Not sure what you were expecting really, So far for me it's exactly what we've been told to expect
