Caporegime
Actually, i really like mine.
The Apple case is VERY practical, I say the MOST practical case on the market. It is THIN, twice as thin as the Dodo. It is Light, it is grippy, it holds the ipad secure in with zero chance of it falling out. The only down side is that its common, its not very pretty, it doesn't show off the iPad's bezel when its in, and it traps dusts like nothing else.
The dodo is VERY pretty. It is unique, it shows off the iPad brilliantly
However, it is thick, my ipad is like a hardback book when its in. And i can't hold it on my left hand without fear of damaging it, fear of squeezing the spine too much. The wood will also age (could be good, or bad), depends how it age. And i can't tuck it in some compartments in some bags i have which the apple case will fit. It is also a delicate case. The moleskin can get damage easily, the wood can chip/spinters, and that elastic band can snap. Where the apple case is pretty much bomb proof.
Oh, there is a fear of the ipad falling out too.
